Common questions
What is @creators?

A venture studio that builds subscription apps together with creators. Two paths: co-found your own app and keep a share of its Net Revenue, or promote an app that already exists as an affiliate.

What is Net Revenue?

Net Revenue = gross revenue minus store and aggregator fees, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and infrastructure costs.

How do I see my numbers?

From your dashboard, 24/7: revenue, costs, the share you've earned and your payout history. It's written into the contract — it isn't a courtesy.

How do I get paid?

Payout happens within 14 days of Apple's and Google Play's payout, once you've issued an invoice or receipt. This holds for both paths.

How long does the agreement last?

Co-founding has no end date. Affiliation lasts as long as you promote. In both cases the exits are clean and defined before signing.

What if I want to stop?

You say so and we wind it down in an orderly way, following the rules written in the agreement. No hidden penalties, no strings attached to your audience.

Can I be an affiliate first and a co-founder later?

Yes. Many start on the lighter path and move to co-founding once the audience and the appetite to build are there. The reverse isn't needed: co-founding already includes everything.

Co-founding
Why 50% in co-founding?

Because it's the only number that keeps us on the same side: we only earn if you earn. The exact promise: A fixed share of the entire app's Net Revenue — 50% as a rule. Every month, indefinitely. In some cases @creators' share can be lower: 50% is the rule, not a constraint.

Who owns the app?

The app and the code stay with @creators, but at signing we fix a buyout price you can exercise. Your name, your voice and your community stay yours: the agreement covers the app, not you.

How does the buyout work?

The price is fixed at signing, in writing. If one day you want to buy the app, you already know what it costs: you've known since day zero.

How much work does it actually take?

A lot: ongoing content for the app and constant promotion. This isn't passive income, especially in the first year. If you're looking for a light commitment, affiliate is the right path.

Is there a follower threshold?

Roughly 100K+, but the selection is qualitative: what counts is how focused your audience is and how much it trusts you, not the raw number.

Do I need to have an app idea already?

No. In the form you can pick “I don't have an idea”: if the profile is right, we explore the opportunities together, starting from your audience.

Affiliate
How much do I earn as an affiliate?

Up to 35% of the first payment from every subscriber you bring. Each app's share is fixed and written into your agreement before you start promoting. On top of that you can offer your community a 15% discount on the subscription.

How is my share decided?

It isn't decided: the affiliate share is fixed and tied to the app. Every app in the catalog has its own, written into your agreement before you start promoting. The calculation base is the same for everyone.

Do I earn on renewals?

No, and we say so upfront: you don't earn a share on renewals. You earn on the first payment from every new subscriber you bring, once.

How do you track my conversions?

With a dedicated discount code and a personal link: every subscriber is tied to you at the moment of purchase, automatically. No manual counting.

Can I promote more than one app?

Yes, any app in the catalog that makes sense for your audience. Each app has its own agreement and its own share.

Do I have to sign an exclusive?

No. No exclusivity, no follower threshold. Several creators can promote the same app: each is paid on their own subscribers.
